Karlie Redfern grew up in a competitive environment, whether that was with sports, schooling, or within her family. Karlie knows what it takes to work for what you want and the endless grind that comes with it.

As a successful college volleyball player, Karlie had to balance school, sports, social life, and family which taught her time management from a very young age. She’s been able to help others learn to balance different aspects of life as well. Being a natural born leader, handling pressure with ease, having a passion for marketing, excellent customer service skills and a background in hospitality, makes Karlie the perfect person to be one of Katapult’s Brand Ambassadors and Social Media Managers.
