Robert Hedequist is a Master Certification Coach and Brand Ambassador for Katapult Enterprises. With a rich background as a C-Level Executive and Board Member, he is adept at shaping and leading high-performing teams, drawing from his experiences as a former D1 Collegiate Athlete, Graduate Assistant Coach, United States Marine Corps Infantry and Reconnaissance Officer, and as an executive in both Fortune 50 companies and startups.

Robert’s approach is deeply rooted in fostering resilience, authenticity, curiosity, empathy, communication, and collaboration, viewing these as pivotal for enduring success. He focuses primarily on psychological performance in his consultancy, leveraging his personal insights and those gained as a cancer survivor to help others shift their mindsets to overcome profound challenges. He firmly believes in the boundless possibilities that a balanced mind, body, and spirit can achieve, ensuring resilience in the face of adversity and fostering the belief that no challenge is insurmountable.

As a father, he has co-parented three exceptional daughters and dedicates a significant portion of his leisure time to his neuro-diverse son. He holds a strong conviction in service to others and actualizes this belief through his role as an Executive Leadership Committee member for a non-profit organization, striving to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around him.
