I’m going to tell you a little bit more about our company and the opportunity we have for you but before that, tell me a little bit more about you?

• Filler what are you currently doing? Talk about their career thus far.
• Mention the fact that we’re all about helping people work smarter and not harder, helping people work from any location for over a decade now. • Great so a little bit about us, Katapult started in 1998 as an entertainment company, managing multi-platinum artists in the music industry. After much success and growth, the music Industry went through a huge change when iTunes came out and everything went digital, so our CEO Dr. Zoe utilized her connections to get behind the scenes of Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie and literally backstage at Tony Robbins events and she decided to change the company into a personal development company 7-7-07 so over 14 years ago. • We have 3 divisions and the second division is the program I’m getting in touch with you about today… we launched this program in 2008 and we’ve certified over 7000 coaches and consultants internationally. It’s a six-week program, done over the phone just like I’m talking to you right now…for only one hour a week so even the busiest people on the planet have time to come through!
• The first half of Certification we treat YOU just like one of our high profile confidential coaching clients. This way in hindsight you can see a successful way of setting up a great client-consultant, client-advisor or client-coach relationship. The cool thing is this program doubles as a leadership training program for anyone dealing with people, so a lot of financial companies or real estate brokerages will put their people through as a leadership training.
• The second half of Certification we teach you the concepts of Katapult coaching and if this isn’t for you or doesn’t align with you then we won’t waste anymore of each other‘s time… (step back…this is called the take away in sales) (continue because now you have their attention…) our concepts are that we ALL have the answers within…We all have our God-given discernment, our intuition, our gut instincts, whatever you want to call it, in the core of a person where they know the right choices to make! But people often find themselves bogged down with the busyness of life or disappointments and discouragements that cause them to stop making those decisive decisions that shape their destiny… -men primarily make choices out of logic and women will primarily make choices out of their emotions but what WE teach is to get them back to making choices from like I said.. We do break it down, so no matter what you’re doing for a living, if you’re dealing with people this training and teaching can help you for the rest of your life… companies, corporations utilize our successful formula to help their people dealing with customers, clients, consumers or contributors if they’re a nonprofit. • Of course, also during certification we teach you the importance of branding and marketing which just happens to be the third division of our company. We do everything from logo design to web design. What’s nice is if you ever write a book down the road or need any type of Branding you get 20% off for life once you come through the program.
• At the end of certification, you get a diploma like certificate and a study guide outlining the program. The reason we give you the study guide at the end is we do have you take some notes during certification along with some light homework but it won’t take up too much of your time.
• So, there’s programs out there that are cookie cutter available online. You watch the same videos as everyone else, do the same homework as everyone else and it spits out a certificate for you at the end. Those programs are about 7 to $15,000 And then there’s programs out there that are done in a classroom setting or in a group and you could become a certified consultant or coach in pretty much any major city in the United States and those programs start around $45,000 upwards of $100,000. Our CEO Dr Zoe even has some clients that have programs in that price range but our program is very fairly priced, it is only $25,000! Is that feasible for you?

Does that work in your budget because I would love to get you started right away! (let them talk and don’t feel uncomfortable you have nothing to lose talking about finances and the more comfortable you are the more this part will flow)

• If they seem hesitant say: well after getting to know you on this call I really do feel that you would be a good fit, so I can offer you a 5K scholarship which would bring your cost down to $20K. Would that be better? (Pause do not offer payment arrangements unless necessary!!!)

• If they are still not comfortable at $20K say: we do offer in-house financing with 0% interest which is a great opportunity to take advantage of this because all we need is a down payment of 10k and then we can do two payments of 5K (pause take a breath and ask would that work better for you… if they still seem hesitant move onto the next payment arrangement) what about four payments of 5K each 30 days apart? OK the most that I could break it up is probably 10k down and then 10 K can be broken up into 10 payments of 1K each 30 days apart. (take your time and come up with an agreement that works for them)
